Buck and Phil talk playoffs and all things NBA. Joined this week by Baltimore native and Wake Forest Hall of Famer and who was the Bullets' 1987 1st Round Pick... Muggsy Bogues. After a quick stint in DC, Muggsy enjoyed and still enjoys Charlotte after being taken in the 1988 NBA Expansion Draft. Nothing stopped the smallest player to ever lace them up and Buck asks him why.
